Woodlands Junior School has been successful in achieving the 'Investors In People Award.

What does it mean?

All the people who work at Woodlands Junior, including all the Lunchtime Supervisors and Teaching Assistants, everybody in fact, has been shown to

• have the required level of training and understanding of their role in the school,
• carry out their job effectively,

in order to improve the teaching and learning of all of the children at the School.
